Colour in the Moon, Mars, and the Mile End Church on the Last Day of Winter

On the last night of Winter 2021, the Moon and Mars meet in the sky, hovering above the Church of St. Michael and St. Anthony. The church's dome and tower, whose construction was completed over a century ago, will will bask in twilight just hours before the Spring Equinox in Montreal's Mile End.

Nora Kelly
Nora Kelly began as a professional painter during a year in Mexico City, working for the prolific ‘Street Art Chilango’ mural company. On her return to Montreal, she continues to paint custom murals for small businesses and individuals, always with a desire to keep her services affordable and accessible to all.
Kelly graduated from Concordia University’s studio arts and urban planning program in 2019. She currently lives with her two roommates, a rat, and plays in a punk band called ‘Dish Pit.’
